2-Fluoro-3-nitrotoluene is a synthetic compound that is used as a drug substance to produce other drugs. It has been shown to inhibit cardiac contractility and can be used in the treatment of cardiogenic shock. This drug also has a low degree of toxicity and can be administered in an outpatient setting. 2-Fluoro-3-nitrotoluene is not symmetrical, which means it has two different shapes or configurations.
