Descrizione

Glutathione reduced ethyl ester (GR-E) is a potential anticancer drug that binds to the DNA and induces reactive oxygen species. GR-E has been shown to have minimal toxicity in vivo, with no observable adverse effects on the liver. GR-E has also been shown to be effective in treating squamous cell carcinoma cells by binding to their DNA and inducing apoptosis. This drug had minimal toxicity in animal studies, with no observable adverse effects on the liver.
