• Descrizione: GNE 7915 is a novel, potent and selective inhibitor of lipid kinase. It has been shown to inhibit the enzyme activity of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) in vitro and in vivo. GNE 7915 has been shown to be selective for PI3K over other lipid kinases such as protein kinase C, protein kinase D, or calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II. GNE 7915 inhibits tumor growth in animal models by inducing apoptosis in cancer cells and blocking the proliferation of tumor cells. This compound was also shown to have anti-inflammatory effects on intestinal tissues.
