Descrizione:Glutarimide is a potent antitumor agent that has been shown to inhibit c-jun phosphorylation, leading to a reduction in locomotor activity. Glutarimide is an amide with a hydroxyl group at the C3 position and a hydrogen bonding interaction at the C4 position. It binds to DNA by forming hydrogen bonding interactions with guanine bases.
