Descrizione:Golvatinib is a potent and selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor that has been shown to have anti-angiogenic properties. In cell culture, golvatinib inhibited the proliferation of human choroidal neovascularization cells. Golvatinib also has potential as a prognostic biomarker for solid tumours. This drug is poorly soluble in water, but it can be dissolved in glycol ethers such as diethyleneglycol dimethyl ether. Golvatinib binds to epidermal growth factor receptors with high affinity and specificity, which leads to inhibition of phosphorylation and activation of downstream signalling pathways.
