Descrizione

Geranyl formate is a natural product that belongs to the class of aromatic compounds. It has been found to be an effective cationic surfactant and has been used as a dry-cleaning solvent and in the production of health care products. Geranyl formate is also an odorant binding agent and is used in detergent compositions, glycol ethers, and anhydrous sodium carbonate. Geranyl formate has been shown to have antimicrobial properties against infectious diseases such as experimental malaria.
