Descrizione:Z-Glycine amide is a hydrogen bond, amide, stereoselective compound with a nmr spectrum. It can be synthesized from diazo compounds and hydrogen fluoride. Z-Glycine amide undergoes a one-step reaction to produce the racemic product. This compound is pharmacokinetically well absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract and has a long half-life of about 10 hours in humans. Chronic pain relief was shown in animal studies involving both male and female rats. Z-Glycine amide interacts with both the kinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of other drugs that are metabolized by cytochrome p450 enzymes.
