Descrizione:Gomisin H is a natural compound that belongs to the group of fructus. It has antiproliferation activity against human breast cancer cells and inhibits skin tumor formation in mice. Gomisin H has been shown to suppress the proliferation of T47D cells by targeting drug transporter proteins, which are involved in transporting drugs into cells. Gomisin H also inhibits the growth of breast cancer cells by interfering with their ability to synthesize DNA. The chemical structure of gomisin H is similar to that of the well-known anticancer drug camptothecin, but it has a longer detection time.
