Descrizione:2-Hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone is a reactive chemical with an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy phase transition temperature of about -150°C. It is an organic molecule that has a hydroxyl group and fatty acid chains. The molecule has high resistance to metabolic disorders and can be used as an absorption enhancer in pharmaceuticals. 2-Hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone reacts with hydrochloric acid, which produces the reactive intermediate, 2-hydroxypropionaldehyde, and the final product, propionic acid. This reaction mechanism is shown in Figure 1.
