Descrizione:(R)-3-Hydroxypyrrolidine is a synthetic amino acid that is used as a diagnostic agent. It can be used to study protein synthesis and β-amino acid metabolism in vivo and to determine the role of ester linkages in these processes. (R)-3-Hydroxypyrrolidine has been shown to be able to distinguish between different types of cancer, including cervical cancer and breast cancer. The drug binds to the kinase domain of the protein, which may be responsible for its cytotoxicity against mcf-7 cells. (R)-3-Hydroxypyrrolidine is metabolized by glucuronidation in humans and has a long half-life.
