Descrizione:Isopropylhydrazine hydrochloride is a synthetic compound that has two geometric isomers. The tautomeric form of the compound is the allosteric modulator of the enzyme, hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase. This inhibitor binds to tyrosine kinases and blocks their activity. Isopropylhydrazine hydrochloride also has anticancer activity against ba/f3 cells and inhibits protein synthesis by binding to c1-6 alkyl groups on phospholipids in cellular membranes.
