Descrizione:Isoxadifen-ethyl is a synthetic herbicide that contains the active substance ioxadifen. It is used to control weeds in agricultural and non-crop areas, as well as on lawns and golf courses. Isoxadifen-ethyl inhibits plant metabolism by inhibiting the enzyme EPSPS, which controls the production of three essential amino acids: phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan. This product can be used for selective weed control in crops such as corn, soybeans, cotton, rice, peanuts, potatoes, sugar beet and wheat. Isoxadifen-ethyl is not toxic to mammals because it does not act on mammalian enzymes.
