Luteolin 3'-O-β-D-glucuronide is a glucuronidated derivative of luteolin, which is a flavonoid that belongs to the class of apigenin. Luteolin 3'-O-β-D-glucuronide has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities. It has also been used as an adjuvant treatment for chronic idiopathic diarrhoea. Luteolin 3'-O-β-D-glucuronide is found in many plants and vegetables such as parsley, hyssop, and celery. The bioavailability of this compound can be increased by consumption with food or alcohol.
