Descrizione:Larotaxel is a taxane drug that is used to treat solid tumours. It has been shown to be effective against her2+ breast cancer and mcl-1 protein positive cells. Larotaxel binds to the mcl-1 protein, which is a potential drug target in the development of cancer treatments. The effect of larotaxel on cell proliferation can be measured by the concentration-time curve and it has been shown to inhibit ATP-binding cassette transporter activity. Larotaxel has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
