Descrizione

Lavendustin B is a natural product that inhibits the enzyme acetyl-coA carboxylase, which is involved in the synthesis of fatty acids. Lavendustin B has been shown to be effective in treating neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect on cells by inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokines and neurotrophic factors. Lavendustin B has been shown to inhibit the production of mucin, a protein that helps protect against gastrointestinal infections, by inhibiting the transcription of mucin genes.
