Light stabilizer 944 contains a polymeric matrix with a hydroxyl group and an activated carboxylic acid group, which are chemically stable and have high thermal stability. The activation energies for the reaction of these two groups are about 400 kJ/mol. This product can be used in wastewater treatment systems or as an analytical chemistry sample preparation agent.
