Descrizione:Morpholine-4-carboxamide is a polymerase chain inhibitor that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerases. It binds to the DNA template strand and prevents the enzyme from adding nucleotides to the primer strand, thereby inhibiting DNA synthesis. Morpholine-4-carboxamide has shown efficacy in treating hyperproliferative diseases such as cancer cells and psoriasis. This drug has been shown to inhibit caspase activation and histone protein acetylation, which may be related to its anti-cancer properties. Morpholine-4-carboxamide also binds to cannabinoid receptor 2 (CB2) and may have therapeutic effects on inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis and arthritis.
