Descrizione:Methomyl oxime is a backup solution for use in the event of an accidental release of toxic materials. Methomyl oxime is an organic solution that can be used to decontaminate a surface that has been contaminated with a toxic material. It can be applied by spraying or dipping and will react with the chloride ions in blood, copper oxide, or wastewater to form a copper salt and chloramine gas. Methomyl oxime can also be used as an analytical reagent for detecting low levels of organic materials such as acetaldehyde in samples containing carbon sources.
