Descrizione:1-(1-(3-Methoxyphenyl)cyclohexyl)piperidine is an analog of fentanyl that has been shown to be a potent analgesic. It binds to the μ-opioid receptor in the central nervous system and inhibits the reuptake of neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. This drug has also been found to cause hypotension by inhibiting noradrenaline release from sympathetic nerve terminals. 1-(1-(3-Methoxyphenyl)cyclohexyl)piperidine may also have clinical relevance for treating drug addiction because it has a high affinity for binding ligands that are involved in this process. The sample preparation for 1-(1-(3-Methoxyphenyl)cyclohexyl)piperidine is not required because it can be measured directly in the urine.
