Descrizione:CDK-IN-2 is a novel small molecule that inhibits the activity of CDKs, which are enzymes involved in regulating the cell cycle. It has potent antagonist effects against CDKs and can be used to treat bowel diseases, such as colitis. CDK-IN-2 also has hematologic responses and is effective in treating carcinoid syndrome and autoimmune diseases. This drug has been shown to have an interactive response with magnesium salt, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the ryanodine receptor.
