• Descrizione: Naphthalene-1-carbonitrile is a synthetic compound that can bind to the glucocorticoid receptor and activate it. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of human breast cancer cells in cell culture by inhibiting the production of estrogen, which is known to promote the proliferation of these cells.
