Descrizione:4-Nitro-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid is a potent inhibitor of tyrosine kinases. It has been shown to bind to the ATP binding site of the enzyme, thereby blocking the catalytic action and inhibiting cell proliferation. 4-Nitro-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid can be used as a tool for studying receptor tyrosine kinase signaling pathways and drug target validation. This compound also has an immobilized form that can be used in microscopy studies to study human cell lines. The immobilized form is prepared by attaching colloidal particles of this compound onto a surface using silane coupling chemistry, which allows for its use as an alternative to radioactive isotopic labels. The immobilized form has been shown to enhance the Raman signal from proteins bound on the surface due to increased light scattering from the protein molecules in contact with this compound.
