Descrizione

5-Norbornene-2-carboxylic t-butylester is a synthetic monomer that is used in the production of polymers. It has been shown to be an excellent lithographic monomer for use in photolithography, as it can be polymerized by exposure to ultraviolet light. 5-Norbornene-2-carboxylic t-butylester also has high reactivity and is soluble in organic solvents. This monomer can be crosslinked with other compounds such as hydroxide or acrylic acid, depending on the desired properties of the polymer. 5-Norbornene-2-carboxylic t-butylester is capable of copolymerizing with other functional groups such as alicyclic and matrix polymers.
