Descrizione

Norneo is a pharmaceutical drug that belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5) inhibitors. Norneo is a prodrug which is converted to sildenafil, its active form, in the body. Sildenafil prevents the breakdown of cGMP by inhibiting PDE-5, thus prolonging erectile function. Norneo has been shown to be effective for treating male erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. It has also been used as a dietary supplement and in other health care products such as analytical methods and medicines.
