Descrizione:PCI 29732 is a selective inhibitor of the protein kinase of the JAK family. It has potent inhibitory activity and can be used as an anti-inflammatory agent. PCI 29732 has been shown to have an effect on chronic lymphocytic leukemia, lymphocytic leukemia, and inflammatory diseases. The drug binds to the kinase domain of the JAK molecule, preventing it from binding with other proteins that are involved in signaling pathways that regulate immune responses. PCI 29732 also has diagnostic capabilities, being able to detect mutations in the kinase domain of JAK2 by X-ray crystal structures and identifying multidrug resistance in cancer cells.
