Descrizione:1H-Pyrazole-5-carbohydrazide (1HPC) is a pyrazole that has been shown to have inhibitory effects on the growth of cancer cells. It binds and inhibits sphingosine kinase, which is an enzyme that controls the production of sphingosine-1-phosphate. 1HPC has also been found to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may be due to its inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. This compound has shown inhibitory effects on inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, atherosclerosis and asthma. 1HPC interacts with receptor molecules in the body and can cause autophagy, which is the process by which cells remove damaged proteins or organelles and recycle them for energy generation.
