Informazioni sul prodotto
Pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3(4H)-one is a molecule that has been shown to inhibit the growth of pancreatic β-cells. It binds to the β-cell receptor and induces apoptosis, which is caused by the activation of caspase-8, caspase-9, and caspase-3. Pyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3(4H)-one has also been shown to be effective in preventing skin cancer in mice by inhibiting expression of suppressor genes. This drug also inhibits metabolic disorders such as diabetes and obesity by blocking pathways involved in these diseases.
