Descrizione:Pyrazolidine dihydrochloride is an organocatalytic, heterocyclic compound that is used to synthesize other compounds. It can be prepared by the reaction of morpholine with nitromethane in the presence of a base catalyst. This compound has been shown to have glucocorticoid-receptor mediated anti-inflammatory effects. Pyrazolidine dihydrochloride also slows the release of inflammatory cytokines from activated neutrophils and inhibits nuclear transport of inflammatory cytokines into the nucleus.
