Descrizione:3-Pyrrolidineacetic acid (3PA) is a drug with a broad range of pharmacological properties. It is a type of dpp-IV inhibitor, which blocks the enzyme that degrades the hormone erythropoietin. 3PA has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, and it may be used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. 3PA also shows significant cytotoxicity against colorectal adenocarcinoma cells and has been shown to inhibit angiogenesis.
