Descrizione:Piperazine is a chemical compound that has been used as a pharmacological agent. Piperazine inhibits enzymes by acting as an enzyme inhibitor, specifically targeting aminopeptidases and carboxypeptidases, which are involved in protein synthesis. The optimum concentration for this drug is at about 50 mM, with a maximum thermal expansion of about 0.5% per degree Celsius at 100°C. At this concentration, it will inhibit the activity of aminopeptidase and carboxypeptidase enzymes by about 80%.
