Descrizione:Phenyl Phosphate is an ester hydrochloride that is used as a reaction solution in enzyme studies. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of calcium hydrogencarbonate and p-nitrophenyl phosphate, which are enzymes important for the production of neurotransmitters. Phenyl Phosphate inhibits the enzymatic activity of rat liver microsomes, by inhibiting protein synthesis. This inhibition is due to the inhibition of polymerase chain reactions and human serum albumin. Phenyl Phosphate also has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may be used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.
