Descrizione:Iso-propyl gallate (IPG) is a natural compound that has been shown to have potential as a drug target for high resistance to calcium stearate. IPG is used in the treatment of water and wastewater, and is also known to be a potent antimicrobial agent. It can be found in many foods, such as milk, eggs, and meat. Iso-propyl gallate has been shown to be effective against human pathogens such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis and HIV. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of bacteria by binding to fatty acids present on the surface of bacterial cells. This prevents the fatty acids from completing their normal role in cell membrane synthesis, which leads to cell death.
