Descrizione:Quinaldine red is a dye that binds to DNA. It has been shown to bind to α1-acid glycoprotein, which is a protein found in human serum and other biological samples. Quinaldine red may be used as a fluorescence probe for the detection of α1-acid glycoprotein or it may have other uses in biological research. This dye has been shown to react with p-nitrophenyl phosphate and form quinaldine as the product.
