Informazioni sul prodotto
- 6-Quinolinecarbohydrazide
- 6-Quinolinecarboxylic acid hydrazide
Quinoline-6-carbohydrazide is a heterocyclic compound that can be synthesized from quinoline derivatives. It has anticancer potential and has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro. Quinoline-6-carbohydrazide is an acidic molecule with hydrogen bonds. The pharmacophore for this drug is based on the nature of the arene group, which allows for binding to the active site residues of protein kinases. This drug was also shown to have a bioassay result that was similar to adriamycin, a known anticancer drug.
