Descrizione:CVT-10216 is a benzodiazepine receptor agonist that promotes the release of dopamine in the brain. It also has been shown to increase collagen production, which may be due to its ability to promote the release of growth factors such as growth factor-β1 and lc-ms/ms method. CVT-10216 has demonstrated anti-cancer properties in mice. CVT-10216 inhibits tumor growth by increasing cancer cell apoptosis and by decreasing cancer cell proliferation. This drug also has been shown to reduce hyperlocomotion, which is a symptom of Parkinson's disease.
