Descrizione:Nebivolol is a beta-blocker that has been shown to have antioxidative properties and has been used as a treatment for congestive heart failure. It is not metabolized by the liver, which may be beneficial for patients with hepatic impairment. Nebivolol decreases systolic blood pressure in vivo, but does not affect diastolic blood pressure. Nebivolol also decreases levels of natriuretic peptides in human serum and increases the urinary excretion of malonic acid, which can be used as an analytical method to detect nebivolol hydrochloride in urine samples.
