Succinylcholine chloride dihydrate also inhibits the expression of toll-like receptor 4, which is expressed in both neurons and endothelial cells. This drug can be used for intubation before surgery or mechanical ventilation in congenital heart disease patients. Succinylcholine chloride dihydrate has been shown to increase growth factor levels in rats with spinal cord injury.
