The drug has a phase transition temperature of approximately -6°C and is stable at higher temperatures. N-Succinimdyl-N-methylcarbamate has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on cyclic peptides, including those found in bacteria such as Helicobacter pylori and Chlamydia trachomatis.
