Descrizione

Spheroidenone is a fatty acid-derived carotenoid and hydroxyl group that is found in low light environments. It has been shown to be an effective dose for the treatment of certain types of cancer, such as breast cancer. Spheroidenone is an analog of astaxanthin, a type of molecule that contains a carbonyl group. The wild-type strain of this molecule is found in the genus "Cyanobacteria." The growth factor and syndrome type are unknown at this time.
