Descrizione

L-Sulphoraphene is a polymerase chain inhibitor that targets the bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV enzymes. It binds to bacterial 16S ribosomal RNA and inhibits protein synthesis, leading to cell death by inhibiting the production of proteins vital for cell division. The potent induction activity of L-sulphoraphene has been shown in plants, where it can cause co2 flow inhibition and inhibit plant metabolism. L-Sulphoraphene also has an anti-cancer compound that can induce neuronal death in cancer cells. It also has a role in mediating the toll-like receptor (TLR) pathway, which is an immune system response to infection or other inflammation. The TLR pathway is linked to many inflammatory diseases, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.
