Descrizione:Soyasaponin Ab is a natural product that has immunomodulatory effects on the immune system. It inhibits the production of TNF-α, which is an inflammatory cytokine. Soyasaponin Ab also has anti-inflammatory properties and can be used to treat bowel disease. The mechanism of action is not clear, but it may be due to inhibition of fatty acid synthesis in the liver or stimulation of antioxidative enzymes. This compound is structurally similar to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Soyasaponin Ab has been shown to inhibit LPS-induced inflammatory response and reduce metabolic disorders in vitro.
