Descrizione:1,2,3,4-Tetrahydrocarbazole is a potent antitumor agent that has been shown to bind to the neurokinin-1 receptor. It has been shown to have locomotor activity in rats and bowel disease in dogs. Tetrahydrocarbazole has also been shown to have an antiinflammatory effect in humans. This drug is metabolized by the liver and excreted through the kidneys with a half-life of 3 hours. Tetrahydrocarbazole is not active against HIV infection or inflammation in the colon.
