Descrizione:Trestolone acetate is a synthetic anti-cancer compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in animal models. It is an estrogen receptor modulator that binds to the estrogen receptor and inhibits its activation by estradiol. Trestolone acetate has also been shown to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β), which may be due to its ability to act as a growth factor for immune cells. Trestolone acetate can be used for the treatment of degenerative diseases or bowel disease, such as Crohn's disease. This drug also has a beneficial effect in inflammatory diseases, such as IBD, and autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis. The effective dose is 10 mg/kg body weight per day given orally.
