• Descrizione: Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate - mixed isomers (TMR-MI) is a fluorescent probe that can be used to study the interactions between cells and particles. TMR-MI binds to DNA and RNA molecules and has been used as a model system for studying enzyme inhibition. TMR-MI has also been shown to inhibit bowel disease in animal models, but it is not specific to any one cell type. This compound has been used extensively in biomedical research, including studies of autoimmune diseases, cancer, and tissue culture.
