Descrizione:Ticlopidine is a thienopyridine derivative that inhibits the platelet aggregation, which is an important step in the formation of blood clots. It also has a vasodilating effect and is used as a treatment for congestive heart failure. Ticlopidine hydrochloride (NA) is an active metabolite of ticlopidine.
