Descrizione

Trimellitic anhydride is a substrate for film formation and has bronchoconstrictor response. Trimellitic anhydride is a reactive substance that can be used as an antimicrobial agent. It has been shown to have antimicrobial activity against mda-mb-231 breast cancer cells, which are resistant to other agents. Trimellitic anhydride also acts as a substrate for titration calorimetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. This compound also has pharmacological effects on the human serum, stimulating the release of histamine and leukotrienes, which causes allergic symptoms.
