Descrizione:Triphenylaminosilane is a molecular compound that has been shown to be effective in the diagnosis of congestive heart failure by its ability to bind to the antigen. It has been tested in polymerase chain reaction and found to have antimicrobial activity against gram-positive bacteria. Triphenylaminosilane has also been shown to be toxic for human prostate cancer cells, but not for healthy cells. This agent binds to DNA and can interfere with the production of proteins, leading to cell death. Hydrogen bonding interactions with the amine groups on triphenylaminosilane may lead to this cytotoxic effect.
