• Descrizione: Tri(o-tolyl)phosphine is a phosphine ligand that is used in palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions. It also binds to copper to form a catalyst for the hydrolysis of esters. Tri(o-tolyl)phosphine has been shown to inhibit the activity of cholesterol esterase, an enzyme involved in fat metabolism, and can be used as a treatment for obesity. This drug has also been shown to have immunological effects on lymphocyte transformation and antibody response.
