Descrizione:(S)-trans-2-Amino-4-(2-aminoethoxy)-3-butenoic acid hydrochloride is a chemical pesticide that inhibits the production of ethylene in plants. It is used to control growth and enhance the fruit quality of horticultural crops. It is also used as an inhibitor of serine proteases, which are enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of proteins. This product has been shown to act as a growth regulator by inhibiting the activity of serine proteases and blocking the biosynthesis of ethylene. (S)-trans-2-Amino-4-(2-aminoethoxy)-3-butenoic acid hydrochloride also blocks the biosynthesis of human chorionic gonadotropin, a hormone involved in reproduction and development.
