Descrizione:Tenuifolin is a natural compound that has been shown to be effective for the treatment of cancer. Tenuifolin was found to inhibit acetylcholinesterase activity and induce autophagy in prostate cancer cells. It also inhibits the growth of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) neurons, which may be due to its ability to bind to specific receptors on these cells. The pharmacokinetics study showed that tenuifolin was rapidly absorbed and excreted in the urine, while metabolites were detected in the plasma and liver after oral administration.
